About Us

Welcome to Knockminna N.S.  We are a small, rural, co-educational Catholic Primary School. Our aim is to promote the full and harmonious development of the intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical, moral and cultural needs of all those who attend and work in this school.

We are situated approximately 3 miles east of Ballymote, Co.Sligo. Our staff comprises of 3 mainstream class teachers, a Special Education Teacher who is based in our school, a part-time SET (Special Education Teacher) who visits on Wednesdays and a part-time secretary/ caretaker.
 

School Hours: 9.30 a.m. –  3.10 p.m.

Break Time: 11.00 a.m. – 11.10 a.m.

Lunch Time: 12.45 p.m. – 1.15 p.m.

Secretary’s Hours: Daily  -  10.45 a.m. to  1.45 p.m.
